For rental operators and first-time buyers.
We work with rental businesses, families, churches, municipalities and event companies. Freight is quoted for your U.S. delivery location. Destinations and special receiving needs are reviewed individually; the catalog does not promise universal delivery at one flat rate.
Tell us how delivery will work.
- Delivery ZIP and full receiving address before dispatch.
- Commercial or residential location, receiving hours and a contact phone.
- Dock, forklift, liftgate or appointment requirements.
- Access restrictions and the people/equipment available to unload.
What happens after your request?
- Bo reviews your selection and factory details with you.
- Christine records the sale and prepares the final invoice and written specifications.
- You approve the final package, price and documented variations.
- Christine confirms release to the factory. Production and freight are planned.
- Shipment references and documents are recorded through ocean transit, ports, customs and final delivery.
What does the catalog price include?
The price note on each model explains its basis. Some prices include an import allowance; this is a budget, not a broker-confirmed tariff or a promise that every partial load costs the same. Customer delivery freight, taxes, package changes and special receiving charges are confirmed in your quote. Import costs are counted once.
Dates are plans.
Production, cutoff, sailing, port arrival and inland freight dates are estimates. If you need equipment for a specific event, tell us before ordering. Any agreed deadline must appear in the final written terms. Do not treat a planned sailing or arrival date as a guaranteed delivery day.
