Order records
The supply desk records an order reference, callback phone, delivery ZIP, selected units, build notes, custom design details, stage, invoice, shipment, and payment/refund records. It does not ask for a customer name. Email addresses entered in the request form are held only in that form for a draft you choose to send; they are not submitted to the order database. Keep customer names, email addresses, and payment account details out of build notes and uploaded documents.
Email drafts
Confirmation, invoice, inquiry, and supplier buttons prepare drafts for your email app. Nothing is automatically sent by this site. The owner may save verified customer and supplier email addresses in the private CRM. A recipient entered only in a draft field is not automatically saved. Email content and recipients are handled by your email provider when you choose to send.
Private customer relationships
The owner can maintain account names, multiple contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and delivery locations, contact history and follow-up tasks. Orders can be explicitly linked to those accounts. Import files retain approval evidence, shipment references and documents. These records and exports require owner authentication and are not exposed in the catalog or public prices.
Optional website traffic measurement
With your permission, first-party measurement records an anonymous browser session identifier, visit and activity times, public page paths, product identifiers and quantities in your quote cart, quote-page visits, and successful request events. A session may be shared by tabs on the same browser and restarts after 30 minutes without tracked activity. We record the referring hostname and an approximate screen-size group. We do not record names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, exact location, full URLs, search terms, artwork, design colors or build notes in the traffic tables. Signed-in owner visits, private pages and recognized automated browsers are excluded.
Traffic records support an owner-only dashboard. Records become eligible for deletion after 90 days and are removed in bounded batches when the site receives tracking events; older records may remain until cleanup runs. Active sessions and carts that appear abandoned are estimates. You can decline or withdraw permission using Privacy choices. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also stop this first-party collection. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and removes the session identifier from your device; earlier anonymous activity remains until retention cleanup. Browser settings and blockers can prevent measurement.
Optional Google analytics and ad measurement
Google measurement is disabled until the owner configures real tag IDs and a visitor allows optional measurement. Privacy choices can be changed using the button on this site. With permission, campaign names and advertising click identifiers may be stored with a filed request and used to review later outcomes. Our conversion events exclude contact details, full addresses and build notes. A successful filed request is counted as a lead; opening an email draft or clicking a phone link is not a confirmed sale. Google processes permitted measurement under its policies.
Earlier inquiries
The earlier quote form collected names and email addresses. Historical inquiries, if any, remain in the protected owner inbox. New requests use the reference-based order workflow described above.
Saved designs and quote lists
Your quote list, saved favorites, dimension preference, and saved designs are kept in browser storage on your device. Clearing browser data may remove them. A shared design link includes its model, colors, design name, business name entered for artwork, and notes. Anyone with that link can read those details. Avoid confidential information in design notes.
Website operation and payment records
The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The order endpoint uses a one-way source hash for a rolling one-hour submission limit. The desk requires the owner’s authenticated account. Uploaded order documents are restricted to that owner. No card details are requested or stored, and no money is charged by the site.
