Catalog photos and color previews are guides. The approved final invoice and written specifications control the model, dimensions, materials, artwork, accessories, configuration, and price.

Minor cosmetic or manufacturing variations within the agreed written specifications do not by themselves create an automatic cancellation or refund. Any material substitution or factory limitation must be disclosed and agreed in writing before the affected work proceeds.

If a factory limitation cannot be corrected, Jumparoos and the buyer will review the documented issue and the available correction, replacement, credit, or refund under the agreed order terms and applicable law. Christine cannot guarantee a change the factory cannot make. This does not waive remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Production, container cutoffs, sailing, arrival, and freight dates are planning estimates, not delivery promises. Delays do not automatically cancel an order or trigger a refund. Any agreed deadline or cancellation right must appear in the final written terms.

Filing a request records demand for review. It does not reserve inventory or authorize production. No payment is charged here and no payment card is required or stored.
