Rental business owners are our main customers, and you’re welcome here if you’re buying for your home, church, city, community group, or event-planning company, too. We can also help you explore a kiosk for a family lemonade stand or a young entrepreneur’s first venture. Tell us the intended use, available space, and delivery needs so we can work through the build and quote with you.
How do I order an inflatable?
Add catalog products or saved custom designs to your quote list, then file your callback phone and delivery ZIP code. Jumparoos reviews your request and confirms the specifications, options, pricing, production timing, and freight. Payment arrangements are made directly after the final quote is approved.
Can I customize the colors?
Yes. Open Build Your Own, choose a catalog model, and select new colors on the manufacturer photo. Add your design to a quote or share the link with us. The preview is a color concept: actual vinyl colors, finishes, and placement are confirmed in your final artwork.
Can I add my logo or request a different size?
Add your business name, logo placement, preferred dimensions, and other custom requests in the Details tab of the studio or in your quote notes. These requests need manufacturing review. We confirm available options and final artwork before production.
Are the photos of real products?
The collection uses the manufacturer catalog photos and renderings provided to Jumparoos. The Original photo button in the studio shows the source image; Your colors shows your color concept. A photo may show optional or themed details that need to be confirmed for your order.
How accurate are the dimensions?
Dimensions are taken from the manufacturer catalog. Where a complete length, width, and height are available, you can switch between feet and centimeters. Some catalog entries have incomplete or inconsistent specifications. Your final manufacturing drawing confirms the ordered dimensions and configuration.
Are blowers and accessories included?
The product quote confirms exactly what is included, including any blowers, repair supplies, artwork, warning labels, and other accessories. Tell us what you need and the electrical requirements for your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Freight depends on the finished product, packed size and weight, destination, and delivery requirements. Enter your delivery ZIP code with your request. Please mention whether the address is commercial or residential and whether you have a loading dock or need a liftgate.
What is the production or delivery time?
Timing depends on the product, customization, manufacturing schedule, and freight arrangements. Jumparoos confirms an estimated schedule with your quote. If you have a specific deadline, include it in your notes before you approve an order.
Does submitting a quote place an order?
No. Submitting a request files your product list and callback phone for review. No payment is taken through the website, and a custom design is not a manufacturing approval. Your order details and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with Jumparoos.
Can I save a design and come back to it?
Save design keeps a copy in this browser on this device. Share design creates a link that includes the model, color selections, and design notes so you can open it on another device. Download preview saves an image. Shared links can be viewed by anyone who has them, so keep sensitive information out of design notes.
